discussed but no decision was made regarding next year's menu.
It was decided that the next hunter safety class will be sometime during May in 2016.
A date has not yet been set.
Building use.  It was mentioned that the charge is $125 if the kitchen is used.
Lead mining.  Jack explained a proposal to sweep over the range to gather and remove
lead that has accumulated.  He will speak with the two groups that have expressed an interest
in doing this and was given permission to proceed if the project seems to be feasible.
With the snowmobile shootout not being held here this year, interest has been expressed
in using the track for some time trials next summer involving both snowmobiles and wheeled
vehicles.  Insurance and other details need to be worked out.
Dick Hyde reported on the fishing charter raffle.  It will be with a national guide service
called Joy of the Hunt and the prize will be a full day charter out of Sodus for up to three people.
Lunch will not be provided.  The White Otter secretary will prepare a poster and ticket sales
will start after they are printed.  The drawing will be at the White Otter meeting on May 2 and
the winner will arrange an available date for the trip prior to September 1.
Director Scheehl mentioned a meeting this Thursday evening in Old Forge that will
involve the NYS Conservation Council.  He plans to attend.
Holes in the field adjacent to the clubhouse from snow plowing at last year's shootout
were mentioned.  We will proceed with getting them filled in the spring.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:26.  Respectfully submitted,
                                                              Alan Woodruff, secretary
