Draft Minutes for Regular Meeting on November 7, 2016

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 by
President Adams. The minutes for October 3
were read and approved. Treasurer
Lou
Azzarito related recent financial activity and the amount in each of our accounts. The report was accepted.
Our harvest supper on November 5 served 197 people
and its profit was $986.90. Our suppertime raffles brought in
a $227 profit. The profit from the gun raffle was $891.65.
Dan announced that there will be a hunter safety
session in Old Forge the last Saturday in April, the 29th. A bow class will
be held at White Otter at a June date still to be chosen.
It was announced that snowmobile access to the
part of our property they use as part of their trails has been strengthened
and is now better defined.
Brian Albert presented a proposal on bringing the snowmobile shootout back to
White Otter in 2017. It was suggested that the
Trackside Blazers Snowmobile Club run the program and rent the club grounds. The White Otter officers and directors
will meet
tomorrow night (November 8) to discuss
this further.
