Minutes for Regular Meeting October 3, 2016
Present: President Jack Adams, VP Dan Gilmore, Secretary Alan Woodruff,
Treasurer Lou Azzarito, Director Bob Scheehl,
and members Mike Crisafulli, Ray Hotaling, Mike Sciarra, Mike Smith (from Forestport) and Fred Walters
The meeting was called to order on time by President Adams. The secretary's minutes for September were read and
approved.
Treasurer's Report. Lou reported recent financial activity and the current amount in each of our accounts.
The report was accepted.
Harvest Supper. This year will be roast pork. Seasons Café at the Woodgate
blinker light will cater the meat, pies and
other
items. Buell Fuels requested permission to sell tickets for a cancer project at the dinner. This was granted.
Snowmobile Traffic. A need th channel snowmobile traffic to keep it on the shootout
track was mentioned.
Two thank you letters were read from young people we sponsored to a DEC camp this summer.
As a follow through to our collecting a voluntary extra dollar
from many of our members, it was decided to forward
$400
to the New York State Conservation Council, a major advocate for sportsman causes.
