White Otter Fish & Game Club
Minutes for Annual Meeting on June 1, 2018
The annual meeting of the White Otter Fish & Game Club was called to order at
7:30 p.m. by President Jack Adams. Present were 13 members and one guest.
Guests Michael Stooks was introduced. He would like to instruct a basic pistol
safety class at our range and explained how it would proceed. It would be open
for up to 40 students with a 21 age requirement. Permission was granted.
The minutes for the May 7 meeting, as recorded by substitute secretary Tom
Abrial, were read and accepted.
Treasurer Lou Azzarito reported recent financial activity and the amount in
our accounts. His report was accepted.
Nominations: A report from nominations chair Tom Abrial was read in which
he recommended that our current officers and directors be reelected to serve
for another year. The report was accepted and the secretary was instructed to
cast one ballot for the slate.

The muzzleloader gun for this year's raffle has been purchased and Dan Gilmore
will have 1000 tickets printed. Alan Woodruff will design and distribute the posters.
Mike Smith suggested spraying the range with Roundup. He explained the
details and, after discussion, permission was granted.
At present, only one bid has been received for siding the clubhouse. It was
decided to put an ad in the Boonville Herald for two weeks. Bob Scheehl will
do that. We will open any bids received at the August 6 meeting.
Weather permitting, we will have a work and cleanup session at our July
meeting, starting at 5 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:26 p.m. Respectfully submitted,
Alan Woodruff, Secretary
