Minutes for Regular Meeting September 3, 2018 (Draft until approved on
October 1)
Present: President Jack Adams, Secretary Alan Woodruff,
Treasurer Lou Azzarito, Directors Karen Marshall and Bob Scheehl,
plus members Bob Hoffman, Dick Howard, Sue Mahar,
Mike Crisafulli and Ray Hotaling
The meeting was called to order
at 7:30 by the President.
The secretary's minutes for August 6 were read and approved.
Treasurer Lou related related recent financial activity and the current amount in our
accounts.
Ms. Marshall passed around a
signup sheet for helpers at the harvest supper on November 3. It will be roast pork this year.
Range. Secretary Woodruff has brought around 500 large targets and 1000 small ones
that have stored in his garage.
They have been placed in the clubhouse storeroom.
Siding project. This is scheduled to be done in October by Prestige Construction. Craig Trainor
will do the work.
Ladies' restroom enhancement. It was announced that this project will be done next spring.
Camp Nazareth fishing. A thank you note from Catholic Charities
of Oneida and Madison Counties was shared
expressing appreciation for our donation to provide certificates for their
fishing program at Camp Nazareth. Around
300 were passed out.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
