Present: President Jack Adams, Secretary Alan Woodruff, Treasurer Lou Azzarito, Director Karen Marshall,
Director Mike Smith, Nominations Chair Tom Abrial and members, Ed Girtler, Dick Hyde, Ray Hotaling,
Bill Seibert, Mike Crisafulli, Dave Roberts, Steve Piseck, Rich Dolge and Sam Santino.

President Adams called the meeting to order at 7:27. After the Pledge to the Flag, the August
minutes were read and accepted.
Treasurer Azzarito related recent financial transactions and the current balance in our accounts.
His report was also accepted. A recent letter, along with a $200 donation has been received from the
McKeever Rats Hunting Club, many of whose members also belong to us.
Recent improvements to our shooting range were acknowledged and thanks were extended to
those who did the cleanup, painting, etc.
Director Karen Marshall, who chaired a work project in the ladies' restroom is now pursuing some
improvements in the men's room.
Jack said that mowing would probably need to be done one more time this fall.
The possibility of having a club T shirt and/or hat designed was discussed but no action was taken
at this time.
A new screen door has been installed in the back of the clubhouse.
We are not doing a gun raffle this year since the DEC summer camps have
not been held the past two summers.
